TEAM CHINA/China's National Team Graphic Logo
The graphic logo creatively combines the gradient-colored ‘spark’ with the five-star pattern of the national flag and emblem, which consists of one large star and four smaller stars. The five-star pattern, symbolizing the image of China, and its spatial relationship are highly recognizable both within China and in many countries around the world. The related derivative graphics also possess significant communicative power and recognition.
As China plays an increasingly important role on the international stage, particularly with its sports teams frequently winning championships in major events, the image conveyed needs to reflect internationality and development more than ever before. This necessitates a more systematic and in-depth core study of the national sports image. Our institution has been dedicated to researching the national sports image for many years, completing image designs for various major international sports events, including the Summer Olympics, Winter Olympics, Youth Olympic Games, and World Championships. These efforts play a significant role in establishing China's sports image, telling China's story, and driving the construction of the national image.
