On December 30, 2021, the signing ceremony of the framework agreement of comprehensive strategic partnership was held between the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) and Global Tone Communication Technology Co., Ltd. Secretary Huang Song said in his speech, GTCOM is the key enterprises of the artificial intelligence big data belonged to China Translation Corporation, which has absolute advantages in machine translation, cross-language big data and natural language processing and knowledge map technologies, and it also has rich experiences in areas of multilingual international communication, big data platform construction and Industrial application of artificial intelligence. GTCOM is capable of working with CAFA to explore the technical path for the international communication of Chinese art and culture, and to tell the story of Chinese art and culture and spread the voice of China in the process of technology empowerment and art resources re-feeding innovation, thereby presenting the true, three-dimensional and comprehensive China
